Simply enter your personalised details (e.g., names, dates, or messages) in the customisation box before adding to your cart.
🎨 Do you do custom requests?
Yes! We love helping you bring your ideas to life so if you have a custom request, please contact us on the Facebook page or email info@4littledreamers.com.au
📦 How long does it take to make my order?
Our standard processing time is 3 business weeks, plus shipping. Need it sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout! Always check on our current turnaround time.We appreciate your patience in waiting for your order to be made.
⚡️ Can I get my order any sooner?
If you need a rush order you can contact us to see if it’s possible first.

🚚 Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! We offer express shipping for faster delivery. Select this option at checkout.
🔄 Can I change my order after placing it?
We start processing quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best!
❌ Can I return or exchange my personalised item?
As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error. If there’s an issue, reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order.
🚚 What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?
If your order arrives damaged please get in touch ASAP. We will require photo evidence and a dispute can be lodged with Aus Post.
