All measurments are done by width, height would vary for each name depending on the letters

What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?
If your order arrives damaged please get in touch ASAP. We will require photo evidence and a dispute can be lodged with Aus Post.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to being customised products, we unfortunately do not issue refunds after the order has been placed.
